A family story that began in Saros in 1986 has now become a table in Bodrum that brings the scent of the sea onto the plate. In every bite, there’s the salt of the Aegean, its sun, and the labor that starts in the early hours of the morning.

We honor what the sea, the vineyard, and the garden offer, and we care deeply that every bite tells a story. We work with seasonal and, whenever possible, local ingredients, striving to produce without harming this land. We serve simple yet soulful flavors, always in harmony with wine.


Inspired by Bodrum’s thousands-year-old winemaking tradition, Neferiye transforms nature’s story into wine using native grape varieties.
